SMART repairs – how we work

We understand your business needs regular and reliable support for your SMART bodywork repairs.

We’ll start by discussing your requirements and ways of working, from worksheets to whiteboards. We’ll agree how many days you’ll need us to visit your site each week. Our experienced technicians soon become familiar with your processes, so you’ll quickly benefit from our fast, seamless service.

Of course, if you have one-off or urgent requirements, we’ll work hard to meet these too.

Planning

There’s no substitute for experience. Our Van Manager makes sure each technician has everything needed for each visit.

Approval

When the work is complete a simple digital signature confirms you’re happy with the results. We then send an invoice to your Sales Manager and Finance Manager.

Peace of mind

Our technicians receive full training for all the relevant Health & Safety requirements of their work. This includes risk assessments, safe use of materials and personal protective equipment, for example. Smart Answers is fully licensed and insured to deliver SMART repairs at your site.

Location

All we need is an electricity supply, a bay for our van and another one for the vehicle we’re repairing. Our vans have awnings and pop-up gazebos, so we can work in almost any conditions.

Our vans have everything on board to complete your work in almost every case. We mix paint for each repair on site and carry all the materials we need. read more

Occasionally manufacturers introduce new colours not included in our systems. Very rarely we may need an additional item to complete a repair. Our reliable suppliers can quickly provide anything we require. Adverse weather, such as very windy conditions, may occasionally interrupt our work. In any of these exceptional circumstances, we’ll make sure everything is back on track as quickly as possible. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
